About Me

My name is Emma Migliore, and I’m 21 years old. At 19, I started Bark Barn, driven by my love for animals and my dream of owning a business. I’ve always been passionate about dogs and horses, and I wanted to create a safe, loving environment for them. My goal is to eventually open a rescue ranch for rescued dogs and horses, offering boarding services for the community.

In the meantime, I’m building the foundation for my vision with Bark Barn, a pet shop offering high-quality products for dogs and horses. The store will feature a barn-style design and provide a self-wash station for pet owners. I believe this will help the community while laying the groundwork for my future plans.

Bark Barn was inspired by my experience working at a dog boarding and daycare facility, where I saw poor treatment of animals and dishonest practices. I’m committed to offering a clean, safe, and caring space for pets and their owners.

I chose Las Vegas as the location for Bark Barn because of its unique role as Rodeo City and the opportunity to offer something different from other pet shops in the area.

Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding, volunteering at the ranch, and taking my dogs, Darla and Bubba, on mountain adventures. I’m excited to make a positive impact on pets and their owners with this business.
